The 5 & 10 hour packages work like a pre-purchased ‘consulting credit card’ to use as needed or for a larger project.
One hour sessions are great for people who have a ton of random questions to ask. These are best done on Zoom where the meeting can be recorded and used as a reference tool.
While I work in and on any web building CMS platform, (notably Wordpress & Wix), my deepest expertise is in Squarespace 7.1.

A great way to test my knowledge of issues that are important to you.
5 Hour Package
$475 ($95 / hour)
Good for smaller projects, like targeted SEO mini audits and single article SEO review.
10 Hour Package*
$750 ($75 / hour)
Perfect for a more time intensive content strategy, or if you want an ‘expert on call’.

How It Works - RATE FAQs

All work is timed and reported using the time tracking tool Harvest. Our detailed reports will tell you exactly what was done and how long it took to complete - to help you make informed decisions about future work.
If you ask for help with something small, and it takes 17 minutes of NEST time, that is exactly what you’re ‘charged’. If you ask for help with a more complicated task we’ll let you know if it is an under an hour project or more like a 5 hour project - to the best of our ability. -
It is almost impossible to provide a fixed cost for our services, especially content. (We can generally give you a ballpark idea after we’ve worked together a few times.)
Why is that? Client skill levels vary greatly. Your desire (and ability) to DIY some of the work (writing, graphics, content spreadsheets) can’t be determined at the outset of a project. The need for time consuming research, graphics, images, video and other content inputs is also hard to determine up front.

After purchasing consulting time you can book dates/times later through my calendar at a time convenient to you. We can also schedule regular meeting times (in person or zoom) appropriate to your project. E.g. Mondays from 9-11 for 5 weeks. A lot of project work does not require client meetings at all.

Meetings take place via Zoom, or in person in a Greenwich Library meeting room, or other appropriate location. We also come to you / your office within 5 miles of Greenwich, CT at no charge.
